Hellavision Television Network is an ongoing community animation project.
The core of the project is participatory animation anthology established in Minneapolis, MN in 2017.
Twice a year we put out a call for submissions and artists have 5 weeks to complete a :10-2:00 short. It's non-curated, giving artists an opportunity to participate in a screening regardless of skill level. What you get is a 40 min - 90 min screening of experimental animation.
We believe in creation for the sake of creation. We value providing an accessible platform where artists can make and screen their work with peers. We find this experience essential to nurturing a strong and vibrant animation community.
The world is ending, so we might as well create something together.
