All hail Lizard King!! The CEO of Vilecom; the premier TV network in hell. The King has decreed that you, his most entertaining demon minions, give him new shows for on-air programming. Vilecom Market Research has determined that the content demons can’t get enough of, is FRESH FABLES! CEO Lizard King demands that you give the fiends what they want: Hell Fables.

Loose Fables is an annual community project brought to you by Loose Frames, the screening series created by Kat Ball. The animated anthology series began in 2023, centering around the theme of reinterpreted Aesop’s Fables. For the third installment, L.F. joined up with Hellavision Television to create an entirely new theme- Hell Fables. 

Hell Fables is an Open Call to create your own original fables. Rather than reinterpreting an already written fable, we ask that you invent one yourself. Think The Garden of Earthly Delights, weird medieval creatures, and Grimm’s Fairy Tales. To participate, closely follow the Lizard King’s request.

Effective immediately!!! All employees are required to provide Vilecom Network with a short story for programming. The Tortoise and The Hare doesn't have the same ZING it used to, we need fresh takes. We want NEW original stories; and as we've learned demons fucking love human stories. (I can say the word "fucking" because this is hell, and I AM YOUR BOSS!)

• The short must be narrative. Tell us something original.

• It must be a story conveying a moral or truth about human nature.

• You can think of the moral, but PLEASE don’t spell it out.(ei. no "And that's why you never ... etc.")

• These stories can be told through the lens of animals, humans, demons... as long as there is a SOUL that the viewing public of hell can DEVOUR.
